The Country Blues Lick Highway

With this set of lessons you'll learn some great licks from Blind Lemon Jefferson, Blind Boy Fuller, Blind Willie McTell and Lonnie Johnson and more importantly, learn a very easy way to transpose those licks into ANY song that you already play, in any of the standard blues keys such as C, A, G, E and D. You'll start off learning 'Mean Jumper Blues' by Blind Lemon Jefferson in the key of C. We'll transpose those licks in the key of A and use them in the next song I'll teach you: 'Stingy Mama' by Blind Boy Fuller. It's as if Fuller stole licks from Jefferson! No longer will you need to play the same 12 bars over and over again. You'll expand your knowledge of the fingerboard and learn to be a more creative player! Why sound like everybody else?
